Development of Inspection Tool for Concealed Parts of Power Supply Facilities

  • In the distribution network inspection, for some concealed parts, such as cable trench, bus duct, etc., due to electrification or space factors, the staff can not directly enter the inspection. The tool adopts the way of real-time wireless audio-visual transmission, and is composed of three parts: a telescopic rod, a flexible rod and a wireless camera. It can fully go deep into the hidden parts for inspection, and has its own lighting source. Through Wi Fi (AP) mode, the observed images are transmitted to mobile phones, computers and other terminals, with clear image quality and close observation. In this tool, the telescopic rod can adjust the shooting distance, realize multi angle observation through the flexible rod, and use insulating materials at the same time, which can work with electricity and ensure personal safety.
