Professional Design and Development of New High Voltage Grounding Wire Electric Conductor End

  • As an important part of the safe and stable operation of power system, the safety factors of substation under various operating conditions have become the top priority. Article 7.4.9 of Working Rules for Power Safety of State Grid Corporation of China (Transformer Part) stipulates that the human body shall not touch the grounding wire or ungrounded conductor to prevent electric shock. However, in practice, the existing grounding device can not meet the working requirements. A new type of grounding wire conductor end is designed and developed to replace the traditional equipment, and the connection mode between the pull rod and the conductor end is changed from the traditional mode to the sleeve type connection mode. Change the connection mode between the conductor end and the equipment conductor to the mechanical transmission holding type. Remote control electric opening and closing moving contact is adopted. Through the above methods, the efficient isolation and maintenance equipment can be realized, the working pressure of operators can be reduced, and the suspension time of high-voltage grounding wire can be shortened.
