Analysis of Sheath Grounding and Protection Mechanisms in 110 kV Cables

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统规模不断扩大和供电可靠性要求的日益提高,110 kV电缆线路护层接地的重要性愈发凸显。文章深入探讨了110 kV电缆线路护层接地模式与保护机制,分析了直接接地、隔离接地等多种接地方式的特点及适用场景。研究表明,合理的接地方式能有效抑制电缆护层电压上升,防止绝缘层击穿。通过考察现有护层接地装置的功能与技术特点,揭示了过流保护和缺相保护在确保接地均匀性方面的关键作用。文章还探讨了不当接地对电气安全的影响,指出当前护层接地保护机制存在的不足,并提出了优化建议,为提升110 kV电缆线路的安全性和可靠性提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous expansion of power systems and increasing demand for supply reliability, the significance of sheath grounding in 110 kV cable lines has become more prominent. This study investigates the grounding schemes and protection mechanisms for 110 kV cable sheaths, analyzing the characteristics and applications of direct grounding, cross-bonding, and other methods. Research shows that proper grounding can effectively suppress sheath voltage rise and prevent insulation breakdown. By evaluating existing sheath grounding devices, the critical functions of overcurrent protection and loss-of-phase protection in achieving voltage equalization are demonstrated. This paper also discusses the impact of faulty grounding on electrical safety, identifies limitations in current protection mechanisms, and proposes optimization measures, providing a theoretical basis for enhancing the reliability of 110 kV cable systems.
