变压器余热回收利用系统的研制及应用

  • 摘要: 针对电网中变压器余热如何高效回收利用这一问题进行研究,并结合“双碳”目标、新型电力系统建设等时代发展的需要,创新设计变压器余热回收利用系统,打造“热回收、热发电、热消纳”3大关键环节,将油水热交换器、热泵机组和温差发电装置进行组合式创新,实现“变”热为宝。同时,该套系统创新融合温差发电,在变压器领域国内首次运用电热梯级用能模式,实现电热二级联供。最后,简要分析变电站应用变压器余热回收利用系统后的经济效益、社会效益以及推广前景。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on the efficient recovery and utilization of waste heat from transformers in power grids, incorporating the demands of contemporary development such as the "3060 Dual Carbon Goals" and the construction of new power systems. An innovative transformer waste heat recovery and utilization system is designed, emphasizing three key processes: heat recovery, heat-to-power generation and heat consumption. Through combined innovation involving oil-water heat exchangers, heat pump units, and thermoelectric generation devices, waste heat is transformed into a valuable resource. Additionally, this system integrates thermoelectric generation innovatively, marking the first application of the electrothermal cascade energy utilization mode in the transformer field in China, achieving a two-level co-supply of electricity and heat. Finally, a brief analysis is provided on the economic benefits, social benefits, and promotion prospects of applying this transformer waste heat recovery and utilization system in substations.
