误整定导致跳闸的案例分析

Case Analysis of Tripping Caused by Missetting

  • 摘要: 继电保护装置是变电站内二次设备非常重要的组成部分,实现对一次设备的监视、测量以及控制,能及时切除故障,缩小事故范围。文章分别介绍了一起误整定导致区外故障跳闸的案例和一起误整定导致线路启动送电时跳闸的案例,通过两起案例,反映了二次技改过程存在中的问题,并提出了继电保护防止误整定的相关措施。

     

    Abstract: The relay protection device is a critical component of the secondary equipment in substations. It performs functions such as monitoring, measurement, and control of the primary equipment, and is capable of promptly isolating faults to minimize the scope of accidents. This paper presents two cases: one involving external fault tripping caused by missetting, and another involving tripping caused by missetting during initial power supply to the line. Through two cases, the problems in the process of secondary technical reform are reflected, and relevant measures to prevent missetting by relay protection are proposed.
