Abstract:
Against the backdrop of urban-rural development imbalances in China and significant differences in the level of power supply, achieving common prosperity for all people has become an urgent and long-term task. As a crucial piece of public infrastructure, electricity not only reflects the economic operation and living standards across different regions, but also directly affects the realization of the goal of common prosperity. Therefore, this study focuses on the issue of common prosperity, with an emphasis on the construction of an electricity index system and its application at the provincial, city, and county levels. Relying on the big data platform of electric power, this study statistically analyzes a large amount of power user data and carbon emission data, formulates a common prosperity electricity index, and provides a scientific basis for evaluating the current situation, setting goals, and controlling the progress. By constructing a "three-dimensional electricity index", including the quality and abundance index, the balanced sharing index, and the green development index, this study aims to support the construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone in Zhejiang Province. This study aims to provide both theoretical and practical support for promoting the construction and application of the common prosperity electricity index system.
