110 kV变压器高压套管绝缘受潮缺陷分析

Case Analysis of 110 kV Transformer Bushing Moisture Defiance

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了一起通过油中溶解气体分析发现的110 kV变压器高压套管受潮缺陷的案例。根据变压器油化试验、停电高压试验、外观及解体检查情况综合分析判断出缺陷发生的部分及原因。对由于套管顶部注油孔螺栓未安装胶垫,密封不严,导致潮气入侵导致的套管绝缘受潮缺陷,提出检修建议,为此后处理同类缺陷积累宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a moisture defect of a 110 kV transformer Bushing found by dissolved gases analysis (DGA). Based on the comprehensive analysis of the DGA, a variety of diagnostic tests and the disintegration of the equipment, the main cause has been identified. Solutions and preventive methods have been proposed, which have a practical significance to the safe operation of the transformer.
