基于ANSYS Workbench楔形耐张线夹的有限元分析

The Finite Element Analysis of Wedge Tension Clamp Based on ANSYS Workbench

  • 摘要: 为验证楔形耐张线夹设计的可靠性,使用三维软件建立产品模型,利用有限元软件对其结构进行分析,基于显式动力学分析方法,仿真整个拉伸过程,最后,通过拉伸试验,证实仿真结果正确,并得出该结构的挂耳在拉力值达到150 kN时出现断裂,结果表明:现有设计的结构较为可靠。

     

    Abstract: In order to classify the reliability of wedge tension clamp design. Using 3D modeling software to build model and then analyzing its structure with the finite element software. Based on explicit dynamics analyzing method, simulate the entire stretching process with the model. Finally the above simulation results are verified by tensile test which shows that the lug of the model has large deformation when the tensile value reaches 150 kN. The results show that the structure of the existing design is reliable.
