基于主配网智能联动的故障全停全转方案研究与应用

Fault All Stop and All Turn Based on Intelligent Linkage of Main Distribution Network Scheme Research

  • 摘要: 针对主网110 kV、35 kV变电站全停,如何快速实现负荷的全停全转,本文提出了主配网智能联动的概念,设计了主配网智能联动装置,开发了主配网智能联动调度应用模块,将变电站的保护和配电自动化主站控制策略相结合,当主网变电站全停时,主配网智能联动装置自动判断10 kV母线是否故障,并上传至主配网智能联动调度应用模块,主站分析判断后启动配网线路倒送或全停全转模式,秒级恢复供电,实现电网故障时主配网快速治愈。

     

    Abstract: In view of the full stop of 110 kV and 35 kV substations in the main network and how to quicklyrea lize the full stop and full transfer of load, this paper puts forward the concept of intelligent linkage of the main distribution network, designs the intelligent linkage device of the main distribution network, and develops the intelligent linkage dispatching application module of the main distribution network, which combines the protection of the substation with the control strategy of the automatic distribution main station. When the main network substation is fully stopped, The intelligent linkage device of the main distribution network automatica lly determines whether the 10 kV bus is faulty and uploads it to the intelligent linkage dispatching application module of the main distribution network. After analysis and judgment, the master station starts the reverse transmission or full stop and full rotation mode of the distribution network line, and restores the power supply at the second level, so as to realize the rapid cure of the main distribution network in case of power grid failure.
