两起避雷器泄漏电流带电检测异常分析及运检建议

Abnormal Analysis of Live Detection of Leakage Current of Two Lightning Arresters and Suggestions for Operation, Maintenance and Repair

  • 摘要: 针对一起常规室外避雷器和一起GIS用GIS内置避雷器泄漏电流带电检测异常案例进行了总结分析,发现该起避雷器泄漏电流异常不是常见的避雷器本体阀片受潮老化等质量问题,并结合避雷器带电检测相关文献和实际工作,该文发现的泄漏电流异常避雷器为GIS设备用三相共箱氧化锌避雷器,这表明GIS设备避雷器也不是完美的,须要加强监测。提出了多条避雷器带电检测经验和加强红外热像检测等运行维护检修建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarizes and analyzes an abnormal case of leakage current live detection of conventional outdoor lightning arrester and GIS built-in lightning arrester. The abnormal leakage current of the arrester is not a common quality problem such as damp aging of the valve plate of the arrester body. Combined with the relevant literature and practical work of live detection of arrester, the abnormal leakage current arrester found in this paper is a three-phase common box zinc oxide arrester for GIS equipment. This shows that the lightning arrester of GIS equipment is not perfect, and monitoring needs to be strengthened. This paper puts forward the experience of live detection of multiple arresters and suggestions on strengthening the operation, maintenance and repair of infrared thermal image detection.
