变电站围墙装配式基础的设计

A Design Research on Prefabricated Foundation for Substation Fence

  • 摘要: 针对建筑工业化过程中容易被忽略的基础结构装配化生产施工这一问题进行研究,并结合电力工程发展的需要,设计了一种可以取代传统现浇条形基础的变电站围墙装配式基础,其基本构件型式主要有非转角处和转角处宽枕构件两种。同时,关于整个变电站围墙装配式基础进行优化设计,并创新性地提出将转角处宽枕构件的底板钢筋网格形式采用双层双向对角连线的布筋形式。最后,简要分析变电站围墙应用装配式基础的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problem that assembly production and construction of infrastructure which is easy to be ignored during the process of building industrialization, combined with the need for industrial development, a kind of prefabricated foundation for substation fence which can replace traditional cast-in-place strip foundation is designed. Its basic component type has two main kinds such as non corner and wide sleeper corner. Meanwhile, whole prefabricated foundation for substation fence is designed optimally and an innovation that the grid form of floor reinforcement at the corner is adopted at double bi-directional diagonal connection is raised. Finally, please briefly analyse economic benefits of prefabricated foundation for substation fence in use.
